I would state that this mute is in good condition. It has some nicks and scrapes, and it looks like the white "cup" was repainted (before I owned it). The corks are in very good condition. It is a serviceable Ray Robinson cup mute that you could use whenever you wanted, without being overly concerned about a potential nick in the paint, or getting banged around in your bag of metal mutes.
